This policy applies to orders placed in our online store at eu.sixfab.com, where the seller is Sixfab GmbH. We ship physical hardware, including physical SIM cards; data plans and connectivity services are not included.
1. Where We Ship
We ship to all member states of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
We also ship to Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Norway, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
Available services depend on your address and the goods ordered. Delivery restrictions are disclosed at the start of checkout. If no shipping option is available for your address, please use our contact form before ordering.
We cannot fulfil shipments prohibited by applicable sanctions, embargoes or export-control laws, including EU and German rules and US rules where applicable. Some products, destinations or end uses may require authorisation. We may request information reasonably needed for these checks. Any hold or cancellation is handled under applicable law and does not remove any entitlement to repayment. See also the export-control provisions in our Terms of Sale and Service.
2. Order Processing
Unless a different lead time is stated before purchase, in-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany) after payment is confirmed. Orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre in Germany through byrd. Sixfab GmbH remains responsible for your order.
If an item is temporarily out of stock or on pre-order, the expected dispatch date is shown on the product page. If any part of your order is delayed, we may ship available items separately at no additional shipping cost to you.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship with GLS, DHL or DHL Express, depending on destination and availability. The available options, delivery information and prices are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
| Destination / service | Estimated transit time |
|---|---|
| Germany — GLS or DHL | 1–3 business days |
| Other supported European destinations — Standard (GLS or DHL) | 3–7 business days |
| Other supported European destinations — DHL Express, where available | 2–4 business days |
Transit business days are Monday–Friday, excluding relevant public holidays. Preparation time and transit time together make up the expected delivery period unless an order-specific total delivery period is stated. A delivery commitment agreed for your order takes precedence over these general estimates.
Delivery may take longer during peak periods or customs clearance. We will inform you of a material delay that we become aware of. This does not remove your statutory rights concerning late delivery. If no delivery time has been agreed for a consumer order, delivery is due without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination, shipping method and applicable order or parcel characteristics. The final charge, including any applicable tax collected by us, is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Where local-currency checkout is available, it is displayed in the selected currency. We do not add undisclosed shipping charges after you order.
5. Prices, VAT and Business Customers
Consumer prices for deliveries within the EU include German or destination-country VAT, as applicable. Any separate net-price display for business customers is clearly labelled.
For qualifying business deliveries from Germany to another EU member state, VAT exemption for an intra-community supply applies only where the legal conditions are met, including a valid VAT identification number issued by another EU member state and the required delivery evidence. Entering a company name or VAT number alone does not guarantee exemption. Please provide your VAT details before ordering if you wish to claim this treatment.
Ordinary shipments within the EU customs and VAT territory do not incur import customs duties. Special territories can follow different rules.
6. Deliveries Outside the EU
For deliveries outside the EU customs or VAT territory, including Great Britain and Switzerland, import duties, import taxes and carrier clearance fees may apply. Unless a relevant charge is collected by us at checkout or expressly included, it is payable by the recipient to the relevant authority or carrier, to the extent permitted by law. This does not transfer to you any tax we are required to collect. Additional charges depend on the goods, their value, origin and destination; we disclose their potential application before purchase and provide calculation information where required and reasonably available.
For goods dispatched from Germany to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), we use the following non-DDP arrangement:
- Consignments of £135 or less: we collect applicable UK VAT at checkout, except qualifying business purchases with a verified UK VAT number, for which the customer accounts for VAT by reverse charge.
- Consignments above £135: the recipient is the importer. We do not collect UK VAT or import charges at checkout; the recipient pays applicable import VAT, customs duties and carrier clearance charges.
The threshold applies to the total intrinsic value of the consignment, excluding taxes and separately stated transport and insurance. Northern Ireland follows separate rules for goods arriving from Germany; the Great Britain threshold arrangement does not apply.
For low-value goods on which we correctly collect UK VAT, import VAT should not be charged again. Such goods normally have no customs duty, but customs declarations still apply. Carrier service fees are separate. Contact us if a carrier requests VAT already collected by us or a charge inconsistent with the information provided with your order. We provide the shipment and customs information required from us as the seller.
Refusing delivery or not paying an import charge does not itself communicate withdrawal. To withdraw, use the methods in our Return & Refund Policy. Any deduction or claim for return expenses must have a valid legal basis; we do not automatically deduct all return shipping costs and customs fees from a statutory refund.
7. Transfer of Risk
Consumers: the risk of accidental loss or damage normally remains with us until you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, physically receives the goods. The statutory exception for a carrier independently commissioned by you and not offered by us remains applicable.
Business customers: statutory rules on the transfer of risk apply unless different delivery terms have been expressly agreed for your order.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please check your parcel on delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, we recommend noting this with the delivery driver and taking photos. This helps us file a claim with the carrier and does not affect your rights as a consumer. Failure to report damage immediately does not remove those rights.
Where section 377 of the German Commercial Code applies to a business purchase, the buyer must inspect the goods and notify us of defects in accordance with that provision. This commercial duty does not apply to consumers.
If your tracking information has not updated for 7 business days, or your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please use our contact form. You may contact us sooner if there is a problem; this is not a waiting period or a deadline for exercising your rights. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Consumers do not have to pursue the carrier instead of exercising their rights against us.
For damaged, defective or incorrect items, please see our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Incorrect Address and Undeliverable Parcels
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct, and notify us promptly of any error. Changes may no longer be possible once fulfilment has begun or an order has shipped.
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not collected from the carrier's pickup point, we will contact you about the next steps. Any re-shipment charge will be explained and agreed before re-shipment. Any claim for costs must have a valid legal basis and does not override statutory withdrawal, refund or defect rights.
For customer returns, please use the designated warehouse address in our Return & Refund Policy rather than our registered office address.
10. Own Carrier Accounts, Large and Quote-Based Orders
If you would like to use your own carrier account, need special delivery arrangements, or are placing a large or volume order, please use our contact form before ordering. We will confirm feasibility, charges and delivery terms before an agreement is made. Orders placed via quotes or direct sales may be subject to different shipping terms expressly agreed in the respective contract; these do not override mandatory consumer rights.
